Your new role
They are currently looking to recruit a Technical Service Manager who will be based in London covering across multiple sites. The Technical Services Manager core focus is to act as an expert advisor, supporting the FM teams by providing technical advice, audits and reports. Fulfil line management responsibilities, whilst being able to identify, act upon and support new business opportunities and remain commercially aware, following due process and ensuring risk investigation.
You will need to be proficient with discipline and will need to be able to work across a few interrelated work streams, for example;
Construction design and management (CDM)Quality and supervision
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a degree or chartership, however the client would consider an apprentice trained candidate with extensive senior technical management experience within the Hard FM Sector. You will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a can-do attitude, able to work in a team, matrix environment and remotely.
What you'll get in return
The role is paying between £45k-£55k depending on experience and working days will be Monday to Friday.
