Trainee CAD Technician - Permanent - Birmingham City Centre

Your new role
You will provide support to the team of Project Managers, Engineers and Designers, delivering clean and/ or waste water infrastructure projects within a framework contract and to customers outside the frame work. You will be obtaining utility drawing, maintaining trackers (excel spreadsheets) so they are kept up to date and administrative team duties.

What you'll need to succeed
Interpersonal and team working skills are a must, as is a flexible approach and a willingness to learn. You must be a conscientious and dedicated to making a success of the business. Able to interface with clients and present a professional image. Must be Computer literate and competent with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access). AutoCAD would be an advantage but not essential.

What you'll get in return
Full training will be supplied both on the job and where required specific focused training as well as the opportunity to develop your career and become a Water Network Designer. You will get a salary between £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience along with fantastic benefits.
