Welder

Connect Appointments are seeking a reliable Welder for our client based in Glasgow!

Pay rates: £20 per hour (basic rate) to £25 per hour (overtime rate)

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm (weekend work also available)

Work duration: 2 to 3 months

The successful Welder will work on a shutdown with our client's engineering team. You will work on the fabrication of pipework and fittings, along with general welding and fabrication of carbon steel parts for the installation.

The successful Welder will have:

• The ability to work on the fabrication of pipework
• Welding experience, ideally TIG and using a stick welder
• Strong communication skills
