Civils Works Manager / Supervisor required for New Build site in Denbighshire

You'll be working for a local Contractor from North Wales who have built up an excellent reputation in the area, based on service, quality and standards

Your new role
Managing a small team on site in Denbighshire, you'll be the Works Manager / Supervisor on site and be responsible for all day to day activities. Working on a Groundworks project, the work on site will consist of Groundworks, Foundations and installing Drainage

You'll have close liaison with the Project Manager on site so you must demonstrate sound communication and leadership skills. You'll be expected to be driving the programme of works on site, and ensuring all deadlines are met, and the gangs on site are kept motivated whilst achieving the highest quality and standard You'll also be completing all site documentation and paperwork and maintaining daily reporting

What you'll need to succeed
You must have Civils / Groundworks experience, and you must have prior experience working as a "Works Manager / Supervisor" on a similar project previously
You'll require SMSTS, 1st Aid & CSCS as a minimum

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role for an unspecified duration, the rate will be paid either on a daily or hourly basis
