My client one of the most successful residential, leisure and commercial developers in Dubai and the Middle East are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work in Dubai. Candidates with B.Sc. in quantity surveying and an affiliation to RICS can apply for this role. You should have relevant experience as a Post Contract QS on large projects and high-rise structures. Experience on variations, valuations, invoices, claims management & avoidance will be a must Projects handled must include High rise building structures or must be large value mid - rise projects. Middle East experience with knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage but other applicants will considered. You will have excellent communication & inter-personal skills, leadership qualities, negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task. You should be senior enough to handle a site independently.
