Project Quantity Surveyor - Residential & Commercial - Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Car/Allowance, Pension, Health, Bonus

We are working on behalf of a national contractor that has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a new project. Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for procurement and cost reporting through to final accounts on a mixed use scheme valued at £7m.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
-Must have ran/completed own projects at £6m+
-JCT / D&B project experience
-Multi sector building experience (health, education, social housing)
-Educated to a high standard (Degree or HND preferred)
-Commercially assertive and highly motivated
-Full/clean driving licence
