My client is a successful Co. Tyrone main contractor operating within a number of sectors including Education, Social Housing, Health, Heritage, Commercial and Sports and Leisure. Due to expansion plans within the company they are seeking an experienced Estimator.
Role
The Successful applicant should have 4+ years experience within the construction industry and will be required to take full responsibility of the estimating function and work closely with the Bid Team. Experience in pricing multiple projects within the Public and Social Housing Sectors is essential and you must have an understanding of NEC and JCT forms of contract.
