
Our client, the UK's leading utility service provider, is looking for an Electrical Compliance Manager to join the team to help deliver safety at the high standard that their clients depend on.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Distribution Network Operators in the past as a Senior Authorised Person and some experience of managing safety, quality and environmental issues on a large contract. The role will involve mentoring for engineers and operational staff, leading investigations, management of a team of Electrical SHEQ Advisors and on-site inspections at HV Operational level. It is key that the candidate can communicate confidently both on-site and in an office environment and has an operational background in electrical engineering.
It is preferred but not essential that the successful candidate currently holds appropriate Health and Safety qualifications, however if required appropriate training will be given and obtaining the NEBOSH General Certificate (as a minimum) will form part of their employment conditions.
