My client, an expanding civil engineering contractor, is seeking the services of an experienced Site Agent to work on a variety of projects across the South East.
Projects include: minor works for rail, roads, car parks, embankments, drainage, bridge repairs & replacements, platform repairs and extensions.
As a Site Agent, you are likely to manage projects from £50k - £3m and you will report into a Contracts Manager. From an Engineering background, it is likely that you will have a minimum of a HNC in Civil Engineering and SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and having PTS or LUL tickets would also be beneficial.
Ideally you will have some experience with rail and knowledge of NR processes, but most importantly you will have a proven background of successfully delivering civil engineering projects to include drainage, earthworks, RC structures and other infrastructure works.

- Site Supervision
- Managing Health & Safety
- Report Writing
- Toolbox talks
- Holding meetings
- Programming of works
- Client Liaison
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
