M&O Building Contractors have been trading since 2000 and to date tender and work on projects up to a value of 3 million pounds.
The type of projects we work on range from:-
- Design & Build Projects, where M & O commission an Architect to prepare drawings, which meet the client’s requirements; upon acceptance of the design, M & O would make the necessary local authority applications prior to starting on site.
- Pre Designed Competitive Tender Project, where M & O prepare our price to a clients Schedule of Works.
- On-going maintenance repair works and refurbishments, where M & O attend site’s throughout the UK to quote for works as requested by the client.
In 2010 M&O added an Electrical Division to its armoury ‘M & O Electrical’, this was to give M&O Building Contractors more support and control over future projects; this itself has seen a steady year on year growth since being established.
The three directors Justin Middleton, Eddie O’Shea and Chris Clarke have all come through the building industry starting out as apprentice tradesman in the 1980’s and so between them have a vast knowledge of experience to offer. All still have hands on positions within the Company and are fully aware of what goes on day to day, this ensures that our work is to the highest quality and that all queries are dealt with swiftly as they arise.
From a standing start, M&O has expanded to where it is today serving the needs of both large and small enterprises throughout the United Kingdom. A major reason for this achievement has been the constant financial reinvestment from the directors to educate our staff via various training courses to enable improvement at all levels and our commitment to always promote from within as a first consideration; this is something we are very proud of.
