This organisation are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant at their head office in Solihull to join them in the new year. They are one of the largest housing groups in the Midlands who put their customers and employees at the heart of their delivery.
Your new role
As a Facilities Assistant you will be a part of the day to day running of the building and maintenance whilst managing contractors. You will ensure that the staff working from the head office have the best possible environment to work in. You will act as the main point of contact as well as having responsibility for health and safety including COSHH. You will welcome members of the public, staff and other visitors to the office. You will answer calls and take appropriate action to ensure that enquiries are left with the relevant person or department.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have similar experience in a front facing facilities role. You will have the confidence to be the face of the office and experience delivering customer service to a diverse audience. You will have knowledge of health and safety at work legislation including COSHH.
What you'll get in return
