Your new company
A small but vibrant architectural practice based in a small town in west Yorkshire need an experienced architect to join their team The role has come about due to a growing client base and project pipeline an additional head is needed. The team have already returned to the studio and are working under strict social distancing but also sharing those creative ideas that we all know can be a challenge over video calls.
Your new role
You will be working closely with the director of the company to help grow the business as you manage your own clients and help your new practice to continue to develop and grow. You will be an integral part of the team working closely with the support of the architectural assistants and the director.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be an ARB registered architect with ideally a minimum of 3 years experience post part 3. You will need to be ambitious and confident supporting the architectural assistants in their development while managing your own projects. AutoCAD is essential and an ability to use revit would be advantageous. Commercial and or residential experience is beneficial although not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return you will have large autonomy around your direction of work that you may not of had the opportunity for before. Your salary will be £30,000-£36,000 exp depending. There is free parking near the studio and the M1 and the rest of West Yorkshire are easily accessible.
