Architect - Contract

A fantastic opportunity has just become available for an experienced Architect or Part II based in Birmingham. This will be a 6-month contract with view to extension depending.  The practice is looking to take on an experienced Architect (3-5 years PQ)   to help out with a large increase in projects. The practice is known for its work in the educational and public sector and has large scale projects at the pre-planning stage.

To be considered for this position you'll have the following: 

• High level of proficiency with AutoCAD,
• Revit would be desirable
• Expertise with UK Building Regulations 
• Educational or public sector experience
  
  Circa £27ph LTD depending on experience.
