Architect or Experienced Part II

I am on the look out for an ARB registered Architect to join a close knit Architectural practice in the South West area of London. This studio focuses on High-end residential design with a strong focus on delivering high quality architecture across all of the projects that they work on, they are looking for someone that shares a passion for outstanding architecture. This is an opportunity for someone looking to enhance their career within the high-end residential sector within a practice that will enable you to progress within your profession. 

The salary for this role is circa £35,000 depending on experience. 

Despite the practice looking for a qualified Architect, this studio is also very open to seeing applications from Part II's with over three years experience working on residential projects. You will be working on projects within the high-end residential sector including working on new build housing, refurbishments and, extensions. Therefore, a background and passion for residential projects would be beneficial. 

This opportunity is more of an all round role, so experience across all RIBA stages is essential. Despite this being an all round role, it is essential that you have sound knowledge of UK building regulations, and experience in putting together detailing packages. The studio use AutoCAD as their main software, the ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD also with an understanding of Sketchup, Adobe Suite and 3D rendering software.
