Architectural Assistant/Junior Technician

A fantastic position has become available in Surrey for an architectural assistant or junior technician with AutoCAD and housing experience. This is a contract position for 2-3 months initially with a rate circa £15/hr Ltd.

This role has become available as a result of huge demand from their housing focused clients. Offering the full service from design through to technical drawings and delivery the practice are building on their already positive reputation. To be considered for the role you must be a confident within the planning stages, putting together drawings for planning applications. Post planning experience would be a bonus but more weight will be put on you planning and layout experience. You must be proficient on AutoCAD and be capable of hitting the ground running without the need for excessive supervision. The majority of projects are medium - large scale housing developments so it's highly desired you've worked on similar projects previously.

AutoCAD fluency is key. Ideally this will be for an immediate start so if you're seeking a new position that has the potential for long term extension then please do get in touch.
