Architectural Technician

An urgent requirement has become available for an experienced Architectural Technician ton work for a close knit Surrey based practice. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to £40,000pa depending on experience.

For this position you should have at least 3 years industry experience. You'll be required to work on high-end private residential schemes in the area so a background in this field would suit. With a large amount of enquiries on the luxury housing side of things there is the option to take ownership on some projects once established within the company. Day to day you'll be working within the post planning RIBA stages, an emphasis will be put on your ability to produce technical detailing packages and construction drawings. Although this is very much a technical position you may occasionally be required to get involved in some earlier stages given the size of the practice. Site experience would be ideal and very useful for when we gradually get back to normal, as such it is preferred that you have the ability to drive.

With the company based close to Aldershot you'll need to be at a commutable distance from here. With a large number of new enquiries and with a strong niche focus in the area this is very much a long term strategic hire. Initially you'll be working from home you'll the capability to do so.
