A small but thriving architectural practice based in North Leeds require an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team. A company that pride themselves on delivering a creative design that match client expectations. Located close to a train station and due to move into new offices over the next couple of months this is an exciting time to join this practice.

Your new role
As an architectural technician you will be working within the residential sector as part of a highly skilled and dedicated team. You will be working closely with the clients, attending site visits and making sure that projects are delivered to the correct building regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience working within the residential sector on both new build and refurbishment projects. You will need to be proficient on AutoCAD. You will need to have the ability and confidence to develop and maintain client relationships
