Architectural Technician/Technical Architect

This just in! A large practice based on the South Coast are currently in need of technical assistance, ideally an Architectural Technician or a Technical Architect. Is this you?

This is a permanent opportunity to work on some large scale prestigious projects in the area. You'll need at least 2 years industry/post qualification experience to be considered as you'll be required to hit the ground running. Day to day you'll be operating within RIBA stages 4-6 so you'll need to be up to scratch with UK building regulations and putting together construction packages. The work itself is within the high-rise residential apartment sector, concrete frames, so a background in this field would be ideal. The practice in question pride themselves on their BIM capabilities and they use both ArchiCAD and Revit in equal measures so in a perfect world you'd have experience in both. We all know a perfect world is rare so you should be fluent in at least Revit or ArchiCAD to be applicable.

Given the current circumstances of the world you'll be working from home initially so should have the capabilities to do so. In time you'll be required to visit sites so it's highly desirable that have this experience as well as the ability to drive. With a decent end to last year and with a busy set of enquiries coming through this particular company are in a great position to make that next strategic hire.
