Architectural Technician/Technologist

An urgent opportunity has become available for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist to work for medium sized Essex based practice. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £35,000 and dependent on experience.

This position is very much focused on your technical know-how and good experience of working within RIBA stages 4 and 5 is a must. You'll be putting together technical drawing packages and details on small-medium sized residential developments, you'll also need sound knowledge of UK building regulations and codes of practice. There will be some small scale single dwelling properties to work on but on the whole it is ideal you've got experience of anything of the 50+ unit size. AutoCAD is the main software in use so fluency is a must, over time the practice plan to incorporate Revit so knowledge of this would be ideal.

This position is ideally for someone with at least 5 years industry experience. It is to start as soon as possible, a 1 month notice is fine however you'll need to be available to interview in the next week or so.
