Architectural Technician / Technologist

An opportunity to join the small Gloucester studio of a national architecture and design practice for an Architectural Technician or Technologist.


Are you looking for a practice who operate on national frameworks and larger scale projects? Are you looking for more responsibility in terms of job leading and management? Or are you hoping to relocate to Gloucester or the Cotswolds area from London or elsewhere?


About them? They're a large multidisciplinary firm with a network of offices across the UK and a great waterfront design studio in Gloucester. They operate in a collaborative way and have always provided a level of flexibility to their employees to ensure a good work-life balance. Their portfolio is predominantly public sector; education, healthcare, defence and heritage work, but they also deliver residential and other private schemes. They work in Revit on almost all projects. 


About you? You will be an Architectural Technician or Technologist. You will be comfortable producing bespoke design details without too much support (although there is support info available). Ideally you'll have Revit experience although there is the ability to be trained on this and learn from others in the business. You'll be confident working both independantly and in small design teams and dealing with and resolving queries from clients and contractors alike. 


What's on offer? You'll be rewarded with a salary and package in line with your experience but likely around £35k basic salary. You'll be joining a sociable team who are well connected both nationally and within the South West region and you'll be joining a growing studio with a real clear progression path.
