Your new company

Your new company is a large public sector organisation who are currently experiencing an exciting surge in work load and need an extra pair of hands to assist their multi-disciplinary team. They are currently working on a range of great projects in the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors with project values ranging for a £100,000 to £multi-million. This organisation are working to BIM level 2 and use Revit software on all their projects, giving you an invaluable chance to further your experience on the software.

Your new role

In this role you will be assisting the senior Architectural team members with a variety of concurrent projects. You will be utilising your Revit skills which you have used on live projects to provide innovative design and delivery solutions for a range of clients. Your main day-to-day will include undertaking construction drawings and detailing for construction design: warrant, planning,tender and construction, under the guidance of the senior staff. You will be required to attend site meetings on a regular basis so a full driving license is essential.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role you will need to have a proven track record of working in the Architectural profession and have demonstrable experience with working in Revit and AutoCAD software. You must be able to work independently but also be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary and diverse team. A knowledge of Scottish/UK building regulations is also essential for this role.

What you'll get in return

In return for this role you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £14-20 p/hr based on your experience in the Architecture profession. You will also have the chance to work on BIM level 2 projects and get a real hands on perspective that often can not be provided in private practice. (The role is In scope of IR35 and payment method with be PAYE).
