BIM Consultant / Coordinator

A fast-growing industry leading consultancy who covers architecture, surveying, MEP, engineering and interior design are looking to add a BIM Consultant/Coordinator (mid - senior level) to their stylish city centre studio.

They have numerous high-profile clients they currently work closely with to implement BIM procedures or support in an outsourced BIM Management team capacity. A large part of this role for the BIM Consultant/Coordinator that joins them involves the delivery of client’s information requirements on construction projects though activities such as design coordination, technical authoring, client facing, project management, data verification and clash detection. 

What do you need?
- min 2 years experience as a BIM Coordinator/Consultant
- Knowledge of the ISO 19650 standards
- Project Management skills
- Experience in Navisworks and Solibri 
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Client facing 
- Understanding of COBie, IFC and BCF standards (added bonus)

Your background?
They are open to candidates from an architectural, engineering or construction background. 

Salary is dependent on your experience, but likely to range from £27,000 to £38,000 plus benefits such as 25 days + bank holiday, pension, flexi hours and more.
