Building Maintenance Surveyor job on a rolling temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a large public sector organisation who are based in the Essex region. You will be joining the property team who are responsible for the council's social housing stock and will provide expert support and advise to assist with the housing maintenance programme. This will be a rolling temporary contract with an ideal immediate start if possible.

Your new role
As a Building Maintenance Surveyor you will be responsible for the day to day property maintenance and will carry out pre and post inspections for defects and repairs. You will write specifications of the works in accordance to the schedule of rates and will liaise with contractors to ensure the works have been carried out correctly.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need extensive experience of surveying and a broad background of property maintenance and repairs within a social housing environment.
