A public sector organisation based in South Yorkshire is looking for a Capital Projects Manager for a temporary to permanent post.
Your new role
You will be managing and delivering a high quality cost effective Project Management service to ensure a high level of outcomes of technical and managerial expertise. You will proactively lead and co-ordinate projects ensuring the efficient and economical use of the organisations Capital expenditure and in line with the financial guidelines and frameworks. You will also deliver its minor and major capital programme delivering projects which include statutory compliance, environmental improvement and site rationalisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience in working in an Estates, Project Management/Capital Planning role in a Healthcare environment, have experience in managing construction and engineering projects and hold a building related qualification. Have an understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes and Health & Safety. You will also have experience in the use of IT systems.
