Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will manage the commercial aspects of projects from procurement to final account stage, ensuring projects stay within budget and are continuously monitored and reported to the highest standard, to ensure commercial excellence is met across multiple sites mainly in London and the South East.
We are seeking a qualified professional who will be passionate and engaging in their approach, promote positive cultures and behaviours and commercially manage projects to the highest standard. You will be focussing on continuous improvement and meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day project controls and reports
- Ensure sub-contractors fulfil their contractual obligation
- Subcontract and supplier procurement
- Valuations, variations, and client requests
You will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years post graduate experience, plus BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent You must have excellent knowledge of the JCT.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% office or site-based role

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
