Earthworks Supervisor

Teamforce Labour require a SSSTS/SMSTS Earthworks Site Supervisor for immediate start in Tilbury.

Requirements:

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Proven Earthworks experience
• Experience in heavy plant operations
• Strong site supervision and leadership skills
• Ability to manage site operations safely and efficiently
• Up-to-date CV required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervising earthworks operations on site
• Overseeing heavy plant operations and plant coordination
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Conducting daily briefings and maintaining health & safety standards
• Coordinating plant, materials, and labour on site
• Reporting progress and liaising with management teams
