Your new company

A Newark based M&E Design & Build contractor are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer / Project Manager to join their team. They deliver building services projects to a wide variety of clients in the commercial, industrial, leisure, education, healthcare and transport sectors.

Your new role

• Manage all aspects of Electrical install and refurbishment projects with values ranging from £500k - £5million.
• Review projects with design / estimating team
• Attend client meetings Manage site construction
• Coordinate Health & Safety
• Procurement of labour / materials
• Budgeting / Cost Control
• Progress reports
• Testing & Inspection
• Creating O&M manuals
• Final project handover

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 - 5 years as a project manager / project engineer
• HNC / HND in Electrical Engineer
• Successfully delivered electrical projects with values in excess of £1million
• Wide variety of sector experience (commercial, education, industrial etc)
