Estimator | Leicestershire | Dry - lining / Interiors

An established Leicestershire based contractor, who operate across the Midlands are looking to appoint an Estimator on a permanent basis.

Due to growth, this contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator who has a background working within the construction industry (if this experience is within the dry lining, plastering or fit out sector this would be an advantage) to add to their commercial team.

Key responsibilities:

• Take-off of quantities
• Obtaining and negotiating material prices, for 'non-standard' materials
• Creation / completion of a bill of quantities
• Reviewing / submitting and attending pre or post tender meetings both internally and with main contractors
