Experienced Part II/III (3-month Contract)

An Immediate short term contract has just become available, to join a 4 man strong team in Worcester.

My client is looking for an experienced Part II/III professional, that has strong AutoCAD skills. They have had multiple projects come through at the same time, which are all predominately Residential, One off New builds.

They are looking for the right person to have strong technical mind, having worked extensively on the Planning/ Feasibility RIBA stages.

They are able to offer flexibility on a working from home arrangement, as long as you were able to come into the office at least 2-3 days a week. They have their own AutoCAD licences, and laptops to easily start you working remotely.

You will need to have a driving licence for this role.

The maximum hourly rate I have been given for this position is £14ph
