German Speaking Architect

I have an interesting opportunity for a German speaking arb registered Architect or German registered Architect to work for a well-established international practice based from their London office. Long term freelance candidates are being considered as are permanent staff with a rate circa £25/hr and salary circa £40-42,000 pa.

As the job title suggests this position is very much dependant on both your ability to speak German as well as having a background/some experience of working in Germany. This is vital as a number of large scale projects in Berlin have been commissioned so in an ideal world you should have a strong understanding of the German building regulations and codes. Revit fluency would certainly put you in good stead and you'll be expected to hit the ground running. Day to day you'll be working in the post planning stages on a number of large scale industrial and commercial projects, any experience working logistics buildings or data centres would be ideal.

The company in question are seeking a number staff at varying levels. As mentioned above this would ideally be based from the London office however with an established Hampshire office you could also be based there as well. With a busy 12 months forecast this is a solid opportunity with clear paths to progress within. You may at times be expected to travel to the German capital however this is very much largely UK based.
