Groundworker

Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker for a long-term role based in Fleetwood.

Role Overview:
You’ll be carrying out a range of general groundworks duties, supporting site operations and helping to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• General site groundwork
• Excavation and trench work
• Assisting with foundations and finishing works
• Operating hand tools and small plant where required
• Working alongside machine operators and other trades
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards
• Following instructions from supervisors and site management

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a groundworks role
• Ability to carry out a variety of civils tasks
• CSCS card (essential)
• CPCS/NPORS Dumper (desirable)
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and proactive approach on site
