M&E Manager - London - £50,000 - £55,000 + Package

Your new role
You will be responsible for planning and implementing changes to infrastructure in conjunction with central operations. You will Co-ordinate work with Operations Ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out at the highest possible standard. you will be responsible for the management of Health and safety policy on site from Health and Safety policies and procedures. You will also process Improvement for the department including quality management systems. you will have direst reporting responsibilities for a team of M&E supervisors.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal will have management experience, will be Technically Qualified (M or E) HND preferable. Experience with in the FM industry and experience with CAFM systems.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience Plus Package
