Building Services CAD Technician - Lutterworth - £25-35k

Your new company

A small building services consultancy based in Lutterworth who offer Mechanical and Electrical design services for a variety of Blue Chip Clients in the Commercial, Education and Retail Sectors. Increased workload has opened up a position for a building services (M&E) CAD Technician to join their team.

Your new role

You will be required to work closely with the in house M&E design engineers, creating high quality 2D/3D mechanical and electrical services drawings (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, CCTV, power, lighting, data cabling etc) from engineer's designs in AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D). You will be working on install and refurbishment projects in the commercial, residential, education and industrial sectors.

What you'll need to succeed

• AutoCAD experience essential
• Revit MEP experience would be beneficial
• At least 2 years working in a building services consultancy or contractor
• Experience producing mechanical & electrical services drawings preferably for large residential and commercial developments
• Ability to manage own workload
• Organised and able to file drawings methodically
