Part II Architectural Assistant

I'm working with a long established company in the heart of Essex where a new opportunity has arisen for a Part II Architectural Assistant. This is a permanent role with the option to earn up to £29.000 pa depending on your experience.

I'm looking for  an architectural assistant with a couple of years experience, someone who has good understanding of UK building regulations and confident on RIBA stages 1-4. You will assist the team in delivering a number of architectural projects across the UK in a variety of different sectors, so this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience. Ideally you also worked on preparation of detailed drawings and specifications.

This is a mid sized practice with a varied portfolio, working on large scale residential, education and commercial projects, having experience in the residential sector is a must, commercial is an advantage. To be a successful applicant you need to be fluent in Revit, good knowledge of Microstation is put you in a great position too.
