Part II or Part III Architect

Part II / Part III Architect job, North Kent, 3-6 month contract, £15-£22 an hour (dependant on experience)

Your new company
My client is an Architectural Practice, operating in both public and private sector, specialising in residential, commercial and educational projects. With their extensive knowledge of planning and building regulations, they pride themselves on their ability to design projects that often result in approval by local authorities. They are now looking for an experienced Part II Architect or a recently qualified Part III architect to start as soon as possible, due increased project workload.

Your new role
Your new role will consist of working with an experienced Part III Architect on residential and commercial projects. You will use AutoCAD to prepare and develop technical designs for a variety of stages including planning applications, tender, building regulations to onsite visits.

What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to succeed in your role, you will need to be a Part II Qualified Architect with minimum 5 years' experience, or a recently qualified RIBA Part III Architect. You will be experienced in AutoCAD, who has produced technical drawings in commercial and residential projects.
