Project Architect

mustard are aiding a 20 strong practice in Stockport with their urgent search for 2 Project Architects - on a rolling contract basis.

One recruit will be working on education projects, whilst the other will be working on a variety of residential projects.

Responsibilities:
- Produce feasibility studies.
- Concept Design.
- Produce drawings for planning permission and building regulation approval. 
- Attend client meetings.

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have strong project familiarity in either education or residential work.
- Be proficient in Revit (BIM Level 2 is a bonus).

Interviews will commence this week, with a view to get you up to speed ASAP!

The pay rate for this role is circa £25.00/hour Ltd.
This role will be offered as a rolling contract or temp-to-perm arrangement.
