Your new company
Your new job will be working with a very well-established interior fit out sub-contractor. You will be working on a prestigious Grade II listed project in Liverpool City Centre.
Your new role
Your new job will be overseeing all Site Managers / Supervisors who are responsible for all trades and labour staff who will be installing new ceilings, partitions and plaster to all walls in a Grade II listed building. You will be required to manage day to day programme liaising with the Main Contractor You will be overall responsible for making sure programme is running on schedule and to budget whilst H&S is adhered to at all times on site. You will be required to attend client meetings with architects, design team, clients, main contractor etc. You will be reporting in to the Operations Director.
What you'll need to succeed
- SMSTS
-First Aid
-CSCS Card
-Experience working on a grade II listed building
-Experience overseeing and managing Site Managers / Supervisors
