A well known housing developer based in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their business in order to add value to the commercial team and work alongside the current team of surveyors. This housing developer work within the new build spec/social housing market and have developments across the East Midlands.

Ideally they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has a background working on residential projects either for another housing developer OR a contractor working on housing projects.

Your role will involve attending design team and development meetings, dealing with tender information and creating procurement programmes, appointing subcontractors, cash flow forecasts, valuations, tender evaluations, final accounts, CVR's, materials cost reporting / monitoring, keeping the RAMS schedule updated and liaising with the other members of the commercial department.
