Recently qualified Architect

A close-knit Architectural practice in the heart of London are currently seeking a recently qualified Architect to work on a permanent basis with a salary circa £35,000 pa depending on experience. 

For this position you should be either ARB registered with 1-2 years PQE or soon to be registered. This is great opportunity to build on you're all round experience but generally you'll be getting involved with more of the technical RIBA stages, 4 onwards. Construction experience would be preferred over front end design work and you should be comfortable with putting together detailing packages and things of the like. Every now and then there may be a requirement to go on site so a track record of site work would put you ahead of the rest. Although the initial requirement is technical you'll also be required to produce 3D  visualisations and contribute to client presentations further down the line. 

You'll be working on some large scale commercial/office buildings in central London as well as some large scale residential and mixed schemes so knowledge of these fields is needed. The company also get involved with the industrial sector so warehouse experience is also welcomed. Revit is the main software in use and you'll need to be proficient enough to work independently without too much in the way of coaching.  AutoCAD experience would also help but the priority is certainly you strength with using Revit. On the visualisation side any experience with Enscape would be an asset.
