Your new job will be working for a very well established housing association based in Merseyside managing over 13,000 properties.
Your new role
Your new job will be working in the day to day responsive repair team, reporting in to the Team Leader. Your job will be based both at head office and on site. You will be tasked to make sure that all materials are fully stocked, and teams of trades are allocated jobs on a day to day basis. Your new job will be very customer facing, dealing with customers and making sure that aftercare is followed up and jobs are completed to a very high standard.
This is an initial 3 month contract, however there is a strong possibility that this position will be extended or similar opportunities may arise in the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong background in social housing
- Experience in responsive repair / Day to Day repair
- The job itself you must be very pro-active and each day presents itself a different challenge and problem.
- Customer facing is paramount.
- First Aid
- Driving License
