Senior Architect

I just took on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Architect to work with a well-established practice in Colchester. This is a permanent role up to £45.000 pa salary depending on experience.

I’m looking for someone over 5 years’ experience post Part III qualification. This will be a project running role, you also need to analyse and create detailed drawings and specifications. Ideally you’re experienced in networking and client facing roles. You’ll be managing and growing an existing team, also mentoring Part Is and IIs.

This is a RIBA Chartered practice, operation across a number of different sectors such as residential, mixed-use, education or commercial. Ideally you’re someone with strong design and technical focus and be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and  SketchUp.

This is an exciting role for the successful candidate, the company offers hybrid working pattern ( 3 days in the office ), annual bonus and 23 days annual leave.
