Senior Building Control Surveyor job on a rolling temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a large public sector organisation who are based in the Essex region and will become part of their established building control team on a rolling temporary contract.

Your new role
As a Senior Building Control Surveyor you will be responsible for plan checking and site inspections on both residential and commercial buildings within the area. You will oversee the work carried out ensuring building regulations are adhered to and deal with the public with any queries or issues related to building control.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need extensive in building control and ideally experience of working for a Local Authority. Ideally you will be a member of CABE, RICS or CIOB, however, this is not essential.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive hourly rate of up to £49 per hour. On site parking is provided and flexible working is also supported.
