Senior Revit Technician - Stable Contract

Having secured a new mixed-use project, I'm delighted to help this company with their need to hire an experienced Revit Technician.

This Central London architecture has been established for many years and have been picked to take on this project due to their proven expertise to do so. The mixed-use scheme is a multi-million pound, medium scale project which they'll be seeing through to delivery.

With the work about to begin, they are now looking for a Senior Revit Technician or Technologist to join them on a contract basis. The work could feasibly go on for 12-month so you'll need to be free to commit for the foreseeable. The role will include drawing production on Revit as well as coordination and client liaison. It's likely you have a minimum of 10 years UK project experience, preferably your portfolio includes previous mixed-use schemes.

You'll need to be available on relatively short notice, ideally with a home-setup in place given the current climate. The practice will take a view, in line with government guidelines, with regards to remote work and office-based work. Their office is Central SE London based.

Rates are circa £28 p/hour Ltd/Umbrella but it's all about getting the right personnel in so there is some flexibility.
