Expanding Greater Manchester consultancy with strong pipeline of work looking for Senior Surveyor

Your new company
Your new company are a multi-disciplinary consultancy that have managed to keep going through the current global crisis, recently winning themselves a number of projects and as a result are expanding their team. They cover a range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare and education amongst others, who they provide a range of services to including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architectural, and Project Management.

Your new role
Your new role will see you undertake a range of property and construction services predominantly in the commercial and residential sectors, working closely with a range of well known or boutique clients from both the public and private sectors.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will have a range of experience gained from both project and surveying work, ideally with some demonstrable experience gained from a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.
