SSSTS Civils Site Supervisor

Teamforce Labour require a Civils Site Supervisor for immediate start in Uxbridge.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day civils operations on site.
• Managing groundworkers, plant operators and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks.
• Monitoring health & safety compliance and maintaining site standards.
• Liaising with the Site Manager and reporting on progress.
• Coordinating plant, materials and labour to ensure smooth site operations.
• Completing site paperwork and ensuring all works comply with project specifications.

Requirements:

• SSSTS 
• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience supervising civils projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
• Full PPE.
