A leading regional contractor with an impressive pipeline of work in North Wales are looking for a Contracts Manager based locally, who can deliver across several projects ranging in value from £500k to £8m. This business have an excellent reputation, a stable and longstanding trading history and a fantastic base of both public and private sector clients, with various frameworks also supporting substantial workflow.
Your new role
You will deliver across several sites which could range in value from £1-8m. All sites are based in North Wales, were you will split your time between local offices and various sites. You will oversee the delivery of all contracts in your remit from start to finish, building rapport with clients as you lead weekly and monthly meetings with all stakeholders including your site management team as well as external consultants and clients. You will ensure quality of build is maintained whilst delivering on time and in budget on all contracts in your remit. You will ensure your management teams maintain highest levels of H&S on site, and will support with overcoming any technical issues with best possible commercial and contractual outcomes for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You have refurbishment and new build experience and have delivered contracts for both public and private sector clients previously. You are an experienced Contracts Manager, or PM looking to take the next step in your career.
