Graduate Part II Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a recently qualified Part II to work for a close-knit practice in Kent. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to £25,000 depending on experience.

This is one of those ideal roles for some looking to gain experience across the design side through to delivery. You'll be getting involved with project from start to completion so you should be well rounded with respects to have touched on concept design, planning application through to producing detailing packages. AutoCAD is the main software in use so fluency is a must, experience with SketchUp as well as the Adobe Suite would help.

You'll be working on a variety of projects with a focus toward the residential side of things, typically private high-end projects. The company also work on public buildings, cultural and religious schemes so an interest or background in the above would a bonus. Some knowledge of conservation and listed buildings would help. Every now and then you'll be required to go on site so although bit's not a pre requisite it would be ideal if you were able to drive and owned a car.
