Part I architectural assistant

Part I opportunity! An architecture practice based in Royal Tunbridge Wells is looking for part I's to join their practice on a temporary basis for 6 months to a year. They are working in collaboration with one of the largest engineering firms in the UK to deliver a stadium project and a re looking to build a team in order to facilitate this. Hourly rate: £16-£18 P/H.

The right candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment and will have some prior experience of delivering projects alongside a team before. People with big building experience are extremely desirable as this is relevant to the stadium projects that you will be working on. Proficiency in Rhino is essential as they will expect the right candidate to assist with the modelling and design of the project as it progresses through the pipeline. A lot of work will be undertaken in RIBA stages 1-3 of the architectural process, meaning that a design led mind is desirable for this role too.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proficiency in Rhino (and/or Microstation/Revit/AutoCAD).
• Experience on big building projects.
• Experience working in RIBA stages 1-3.
• Based within 30 mins from Royal Tunbridge Wells.
