Project Architect

If you're looking for an ever evolving established architectural practice in Hampshire then I've got a fantastic position that could well be of interest. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £40,000 depending on experience.

You'll need to have at least 5 years PQE to be considered for this one. This is great role for you all-rounders out there, you'll be getting involved the design process for a number of upcoming projects but there will also be an expectation to produce quality technical detailing packages for some of the current schemes in the office. As a result you should have a proven track record of construction details as well as presenting drawings to clients and attending the odd client briefing. You'll also need to be comfortable with contract administration. Job running experience would be a great asset as you'll be given a good level of responsibility for some projects on RIBA stages 2-6.

You'll be working on a variety of bespoke high-end residential projects in the Home Counties and greater London area. It is vital that you have a background within this field. The company in question work within the high end residential and listed building/conservation sector so an interest in the latter would suit. You'll be working across a multitude of teams as well as offices so you'll need to a level of communication to coordinate between various parties. ArchiCAD is the main software in use and fluency would be ideal however as long as you're willing to cross train then you'll still be considered.
