Project Lead Architect

I've got an urgent opportunity in at a well respected practice based in Kent. The company in question have a nationwide presence and are seeking 2 project lead Architects to work on a permanent basis with a salary range of £40-45,000 pa. 

This is an opportunity for those of you set on a job running opportunity. You'll need at least 3 years PQE to be considered and should have a solid background and experience of running and leading on jobs throughout your career as this will certainly be a main responsibility of this position. Experience of working on schemes from concept to completion is a must, technical know-how is very important as more often than not you'll be operating within the later RIBA stages and focusing on delivery. Sound knowledge of UK building regulations is required as will good experience with working alongside clients and contractors on site. You'll need a driving licence both to get to the office and to visit sites when required. 

The work is predominantly residential, medium sized developments and flats. The company in question touch on variety of other areas but initially the need will be someone who has a strong residentially focused portfolio. 

ArchiCAD is the main software in use however full training will be provided if you're not experienced with this software. All you'll need is a willingness to learn a new software and jump into the ArchiCAD world.
